Tarkim Bitki Koruma, in which the Central Union of Türkiye Tarım Kredi Kooperatifleri owns 60% and Fertilizer Factories 40%, has the status of a public company subject to capital market regulations.

The company decided to increase its issued capital from 16,000,000 TL to 21,000,000 TL within the registered capital ceiling of 250,000,000 TL, and for the increased shares with a nominal value of 5,000,000 TL, the rights of the existing partners to purchase new shares were restricted and these shares were transferred under the Capital Markets Law and decided to be offered to the public within the framework of its sub-regulations. It is planned that the shares with a nominal value of 5,000,000 TL to be offered to the public will be traded in the relevant markets of Borsa Istanbul.

For this purpose, an application was made to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa Istanbul on 08.07.2021 through Ahlatcı Yatırım Menkul Değerler for shares with a nominal value of 5,000,000 TL.
