Product features

MODE OF ACTION: It is a protective fungicide with contact effect, preventing fungal spores and pathogens from entering the host plant tissues. Copper ions bind to functional protein molecule groups in fungi and cause cell damage by causing protein denaturation. It is a highly effective fungicide and has a low risk of resistance development. It is a copper sulfate-based compound, which is the most preferred copper compound, and has a special formulation. It mixes easily with water with its suspension concentrated (SC) formulation structure. It does not leave any stains.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: The plant protection product called EFDAL CEXAN is a fungicide classified as Group M1 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. Therefore, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total number of recommended applications of EFDAL CEXAN within the same production season. In cases where the application must be repeated, be careful to use plant protection products with different mechanisms of action (except Group M1).

MIXABLE CONDITION: A premix test must be performed before using it by mixing it with other plant protection products.

Usage

Vineyard Mildew: The first application should be started when the shoots reach 25-30 cm. The second and subsequent applications are made at 10-15 day intervals, considering the duration of the first application and the development of the disease, and meteorological factors.

! It is not used in vineyard areas where vineyard leaves will be harvested for consumption.

Tomato Mildew: The fight is started when a white ash-like coating is seen under the brown spots of 3-5 mm in diameter on the surrounding tomato leaves and when suitable conditions for the disease are seen in places where the disease occurs every year. Applications are continued at 10-12 day intervals depending on the course of the disease and climatic conditions.

Citrus Brown Spot: Application is started when the shoots start to develop, when they are approximately 5-10 cm long, considering the shoot development and climate characteristics, and when the first disease symptoms are seen. Applications are continued at 15-20 day intervals, especially during the shoot development period, in order to protect the newly formed parts of the growing shoots and leaves and the young fruit from the disease. Spraying is stopped when shoot development stops, rainfall decreases and temperatures increase and the fruit reaches a diameter of approximately 4 cm.

1st Application: When flower buds swell (3-5 days before in places with branch rows)
2nd Application: During the pink flower bud period (when flowers are seen separately)
