Product features

MODE OF ACTION: It is effective as a contact and stomach poison.
It causes paralysis by affecting the nervous system of the target pest through the stomach and contact.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: EFDAL DRAV 120 SC is an insecticide whose mechanism of action is classified as Group 5. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action can encourage the development of resistance in target organism species. Therefore, in order to delay possible resistance development, do not exceed the recommended total number of applications of EFDAL DRAV 120 SC within the same production season. When the application needs to be repeated, be careful to use products with different mechanisms of action (except Group 5).

MIXABLE CONDITION: Not recommended for mixing with other plant protection products. If a mix is required, a pre-mix test is recommended.

Usage

How to Use: EFDAL DRAV 120 SC must be used at the recommended dose to get the best results. Since it mixes with water immediately, it can be applied with any application tool and equipment. Since it is a stomach and contact effective plant protection product, care must be taken to cover the entire surface of the plant during application; In order not to harm non-target organisms and to prevent waste, it is recommended to apply in a way that the particles do not merge on the branches and leaves of the cultivated plant and form drops and do not flow.

Sexual attractant pheromone traps are used in the field (1-2 traps/ha) and in the greenhouse (1 trap/greenhouse) immediately after planting to detect adult emergence against tomato moth. The traps are checked once a week and when the first adult is seen in the trap, at least 100 plants are checked according to the size of the production area and eggs, larvae and pupae are searched in the flowers, leaves, stems, fruits and shoots of the plant. Application is made if 3 out of 100 plants are contaminated with any biological stage of the pest. It is not recommended to apply more than two (2) times in a production period.

Against pepper flower thrips, 25 plants and 2 leaves from each plant are randomly taken from small-leaved plants in one decare, and 1 leaf from each plant is taken from large-leaved plants in one decare and thrips, adults and larvae are counted under a binocular. Again, 2 flowers taken randomly from each plant are shaken on a white paper in a tray and the fallen thrips larvae and adults are counted. If the number of thrips per leaf (adult+larvae) is 10 in small-leaved plants and 20 in large-leaved plants, control is carried out. It is not recommended to apply more than two times in a production period.
