Product features

MODE OF ACTION: It is a non-systemic acaricide with contact and stomach effect. It shows good transport activity. It is effective against eggs, larvae and nymphs. Larvae and nymphs of red spiders die when they come into contact with the pesticide or touch treated plant leaves. It has no effect on adults, but the eggs laid by adults to which the active ingredient has been applied are prevented from hatching.
It is resistant to being washed by rain. Its effect lasts 50-60 days. Do not spray with EFDAL HEKZARUN 50 EC more than twice a year.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: The plant protection product named EFDAL HEKZARUN 50 EC is an acaricide classified as Group 10A according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. Therefore, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total recommended number of applications of EFDAL HEKZARUN 50 EC within the same production season. In cases where the application must be repeated, be careful to use plant protection products with different mechanisms of action (except Group 10A).

COMPATIBILITY: It can be used by mixing with common acaricides, fungicides and foliar fertilizers, except for strong alkaline drugs.

Usage

Red spider in cotton; In order to determine the time of control, checks are made when the plants have 4-6 leaves. If the harmful organism is only found on the edge of the field or locally in it, application should be made only to these parts. Application is made when there are 5 live individuals per leaf in the Mediterranean Region and 10 live individuals in the Aegean and Southeastern Anatolia Regions.

Red spider in vineyard; Application is made when there are 5-8 live individuals/leaf in the counts made.

Red spider in apple: Spraying is made when there are 8-10 live individuals/leaf in the counts made on 100 leaves starting from May.

Red spider in eggplant and watermelon: Counts are made on 10 leaves per decare from the lower and middle leaves of the plant in randomly selected plants. Application is made when there are at least 5 live individuals per leaf.

Red spider mites in tomatoes: On randomly selected plants, 20 leaves per decare are counted from the lower and middle leaves of the plant. Application should be made when 5 live red spider mites are seen.
