MODE OF ACTION: It is a non-fumigant soil-applied nematicide with a systemic effect.
It is effective through contact and ingestion.
INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: The plant protection product named EFDAL SEDEFİN 150 EC is a nematicide classified as Group 1 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. Therefore, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total recommended number of applications of EFDAL SEDEFİN 150 EC within the same production season. In cases where the application must be repeated, be careful to use plant protection products with different mechanisms of action (except Group 1).
MIXABLE CONDITION: Not recommended for mixing with other plant protection products. If a mix is required, a pre-mix test is recommended.

Usage

EFDAL PEDEFIN 150 EC should be used before planting seedlings in the greenhouse and only with the drip irrigation system. Do not use with backpack sprayers or tractor-drawn machines. Before application, the soil is sufficiently watered to a depth of 20-25 cm. The soil should be moist and tempered.

Calibration: For the calibration of the drip system, 3 nozzles are operated from the beginning and end for 10 minutes and the flow rate is measured. The deviation should not exceed 10%. The amount of plant protection product to be applied per decare is determined.

Cleaning the drip irrigation system: Immediately after the application is completed, the tank is filled with clean water and the system is operated. The tank and the drip irrigation system are cleaned.

Tomato (greenhouse), Pepper (greenhouse) - Root knot nematode: It should be applied 3-6 days before planting seedlings in the greenhouse, in the recommended dose, once with drip irrigation. It should not be used after planting.
