MODE OF ACTION: Prothioconazole: It is a systemic fungicide with protective, curative and destructive activity. It is transported acropetally in the xylem.

Tebuconazole: It is a fungicide that has protective, therapeutic and eradicative effects. It is rapidly taken up from the vegetation parts of the plant and transported acropetally (from bottom to top) in plant tissues.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: The plant protection product named EFDAL SUMİSED FS 170 is a fungicide classified as Group G1:3 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. For this reason, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total number of recommended applications of EFDAL SUMİSED FS 170 within the same production season. In cases where the application must be repeated, be careful to use plant protection products with different mechanisms of action (except Group G1:3).

COMPATIBILITY: It is not recommended to mix with other plant protection products.

Usage

PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION:
First of all, the seed to be sprayed must be cleaned of foreign substances and dust and homogenized by subjecting it to gravity. For a good and safe application, the use of professional spraying equipment should be preferred first. Shake well before use.
For seed application: Seed application can be done with a rotary application drum or a seed application machine that works with the principle of spraying the seed. If suitable equipment is not available, the seeds are spread on a flat surface and application is made in a way that provides a homogeneous coating. Since the sprayed seed can change the previously made drill setting, it is recommended to re-adjust the drill setting with the sprayed seed before planting. The application tool should be thoroughly cleaned after use.

USAGE OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT: If application will be made with application barrel (Cascade), 50 ml of product recommended for 100 kg of seed is mixed well with 1.5 L of water in a container and then slowly added to the application barrel in several times, turning the application barrel each time to ensure that the seeds are covered homogeneously and well. In selectors with application equipment, a preliminary test is carried out to find the amount of water that will ideally coat the seed. The ideal amount of water is the amount of water that covers the seed thoroughly but does not flow. After this is ensured, the required amount is mixed well with water and the application is made by placing it in the application equipment tank. Do not use seeds with low germination capacity, peeled or cracked, or unsuitable for planting. Seed application equipment may cause problems in very cold temperatures (below 0°C). EFDAL SİMUSED FS 170 should be applied at temperatures above 0°C.
