MODE OF ACTION:

Metaldehyde: It is effective as a contact and stomach poison. The bait is attractive. It kills snails and slugs by drying their mucus secretions.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. Therefore, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total number of recommended applications of Efdal Sistoks within the same production season.

MIXABLE STATUS: Cannot be mixed with other plant protection products.

Usage

It is formulated as a pellet feed that is attractive and poisonous to snails. Use without adding any additives. It can be used by hand or by spreading with fertilizer spreaders, or by simply spreading in clusters between the rows while wearing gloves. Application should be done in the evening hours by slightly moistening the soil. Since the bait contains an attractant, it can be easily found by the target pest organism.
