PREPARATION OF PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCT FOR APPLICATION: For drip irrigation: The plant protection product calculated based on the recommended dose is first mixed with some water in a separate container. The tank is half-filled with water. The prepared mixture is added to the tank. Mixing is continued and the tank is completed to the calculated amount of water.

For seed application: The seed application process can be done with a rotary application drum or a seed application machine operating on the principle of spraying the seed. In case of lack of suitable equipment, the seeds are spread on a flat surface and the application is done in a way that will provide a homogeneous coating. Since the medicated seed may change the previously made seeder setting, it is recommended to re-adjust the seeder setting with the medicated seed before planting. The application tool should be cleaned thoroughly after use.

CALIBRATION: The application machine should be calibrated before application. The amount of mixture to be given to a certain area should be well adjusted in order to provide good coating in the application. Applications should be done in the cool hours of the day under windless or low-wind weather conditions. Calibration of drip system: For calibration of drip system, 3 nozzles are operated from the beginning and end for 10 minutes and the flow rate is measured. Deviation should not exceed 10%. The amount of water required for the PKU to be given per decare is determined.
USE:
Tomato (field), Pepper (field) damping-off and root rot in vegetable seedlings: Soil application is done before or together with planting. Seedling spraying can be one or more applications after the seedlings emerge from the soil surface. A strainer bucket can be used in the application and 4 liters of water per m2 and 10 ml of plant protection product is used in pepper and tomato. The second application is made 14 days after the first application.
Fusarium wilt in bananas: In the fight against Fusarium wilt, the product is given with the life water at a rate of 1000 ml per decare during planting of the seedlings.
Peanut root rot: It is a seed application. The seeds are moistened beforehand so that the plant protection product can hold on to the seed surface.
Damping-off in tobacco seedlings: It is applied when the disease is seen after the seedlings have emerged. Applications to be made when the disease is seen after the seedlings have emerged are repeated at 8-10 day intervals. Applications to be made as soon as the disease is seen are applied once a week until the transplanting period.
Cotton seedling root rot: It is applied before the seeds are planted in the field. The application time is the planting time. The wetted cotton seeds are placed in the recommended dose and amount of plant protection product application canister or selector. The application canister is turned 40-50 times until a uniform application is made. In the selector, it is done by adjusting the application device.
Seed and root rot in corn, seedling blight diseases: The seeds are sprayed before planting and should be planted shortly after application.
Pepper (greenhouse) Pepper seedling root rot: Soil application is made before planting or together with planting. Seedling spraying can be done once or more than once after the seedlings emerge from the soil.
