Product features

MODE OF ACTION: It is a selective systemic herbicide. It is taken from roots and shoots and transported in phloem and xylem.

! It is not used in hybrid corn seed production and sweet corn cultivation.

INFORMATION ABOUT RESISTANCE: The plant protection product named FDAL ULTRAMIX is a herbicide classified as Group 0.4 + B.2 according to its mechanism of action. Repeated applications of plant protection products with the same mechanism of action encourage the development of resistance. For this reason, in order to delay the development of resistance, do not exceed the total recommended number of applications of EFDAL ULTRAMIX in the same production season. In cases where the application must be repeated, be careful to use plant protection products with different mechanisms of action (except Group 0.4 + B.2).

COMPATIBILITY: It is not recommended to mix it with other drugs.

Usage

USAGE: Since EFDAL ULTRAMIX is a suspo-emulsion drug, it is very important that the drug is thoroughly mixed with water. The best effect from the applications is obtained from the sprayings made when the real leaves of the weeds are seen, they are in rapid growth and they are not covered by the cereals. The effect of the drug is closely related to the amount of water to be used. The amount of water to be used per decare should be 20-40 liters, and a fan-shaped nozzle should be used.
TIME OF USE: CEREALS (Wheat, Barley): It is used from the period when the weeds have completed their emergence to the end of the tillering period of the cereal. If it is used after the period when the cereals have started to stem, the desired effect cannot be obtained and it is not recommended. Do not apply after frost or if frost is expected at night.
CORN: It is used when the corn plant has 3-5 leaves and the weeds have completed their emergence. If the daily average temperature exceeds 15 °C during and after the application (7-10 days), neighboring crop plants with broad leaves may be damaged. Therefore, it is not recommended to use in the Mediterranean, Southeastern and Aegean regions where temperatures are high during this period.
